A birthday cake for the little girl!!
Order ni actually from my regular customer.......selalu tak pernah lupa event penting dalam famili kakaknya (if not mistaken......bukan adik kan....hehehe)......just kali ni zarina lupa nak confirm order, so petang smlm baru diberitahu......siap bagi sample utk kek so memudahkan kerja kita sebenarnya ......a bit like this cuma bunga2 tepi2 sample tu sumer pakai fondant/sugar paste.....tp oleh sbb dah lewat, fondant tak sempat nak keras.....better pakai sugar paste....so kita adun bunga dr fondant (small ones only) plus bunga ciput2 dr buttercream......ada balance stoberi letak sekali buat penyeri.....mcm mana zarina? ok dak.......kira mencapai sasaran u tak? hehehe.....

Aishah, fondant usually buat cover kek.....utk buat bunga atau apa2 decoration pada kek, usually kita pakai sugar paste/gum paste - ia lebih stabil utk dijadikan hiasan
