~Kim's Moist Muffin~


Dah lama rasa berhajat nak buat muffin Kim ni......semalam sambil2 siapkan cuppies untuk jamuan raya sekolah along ngan barbie cake tempahan customer, aku selitkan gak buat muffin nih.....saja nak testing tekstur dia.....muffin ni of course le tak macam kek, tak leh le expect kek naik dome camni sbb adunan kek tak macam adunan muffin yang nih, especially yang stail mix adunan kering dan basah ni agak berketul2.......

Dari segi rasa aku rasa muffin ni ok, cukup rasa.....tak terlalu manis....usually muffin ni better makan panas2, baru le dia lembut....kalu korang biasa makan kat Kenny Roger's pun mesti korang perasan muffin dia orang pun selalu dlm rak pemanas supaya sentiasa lembut....if biar gitu je, muffin ni cepat keras......so better sebelum makan if dah buat dari semalam, letak dlm microwave dulu kejap bagi lembut.....

Ni resipinya, aku malas le pulak nak translate, main copy paste je......

Kim's Moist Muffin

220g self-raising flour
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup milk
½ cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
150g your choice of flavour (frozen berries, choc bits, mashed banana, grated apple ect.)

Preheat oven to 180C and line a muffin tin with muffin cases.
Mix all dry ingredients together and make a well.
Mix all wet ingredients together and pour into the well.
Add your choice of flavourings and mix until just combined.
Fill muffin cases with mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned and a skewer comes out clean.
